Well snow has closed the course but hopefully not for long and we can all get back to playing golf again soon. 

LADIES STABLEFORD CUP - RESCHEDULED DATES - UPDATE

Due to the weather and the closure of the course the Ladies Stableford Cup Rounds have had to be rescheduled.  Please refer to the online diary above for re-arranged dates. 

MENS STABLEFORD CUP ROUND 2 DRAW - UPDATE

The draw for the second round of the Mens Stableford Cup has been undertaken and is now available to view from the competitions tab above. 

DEANGATE IS 40 YEARS OLD

This year Deangate Ridge Golf Club is 40 years old. To mark this milestone there is to be a 40th Anniversary golf event on Saturday 11th August. Also, you may have noticed that under the CLUB drop down box above there is a DEANGATE@FORTY tab.  This tab already contains the clubs first Committee Meeting minutes, which you will find interesting. It is hoped that more documents from our archives will be published online shortly, so please do watch out for more info coming soon. 

AGM

This years Annual General Meeting of Deangate Ridge Golf Club will be held on Monday 13th February 2012 at 20:00 in the Clubhouse.

The notice period for nominations & submissions for consideration at this years AGM has now ended and all nominations and submissions have been reviewed. The AGM agenda and nomination details can now be viewed on the notice board outside the Secretary's office. A copy of last years AGM minutes is also displayed.

Should any Club Member be unable to attend the AGM and require a proxy voting form, these will be available from Wednesday 25th January to pick up in person from the Secretary's office. Alternatively, contact the Secretary either by post, telephone or email and a form will be sent to you. All proxy voting forms must be fully completed and returned to the Secretary by no later then 17:00 on Monday 13th February 2012.  

CLUB FIXTURES LIST 2012

This has now been finalised and the online fixtures diary which is available from the Competitions tab above, has now been fully populated with all known fixtures for 2012...Mens, Ladies, Seniors and Juniors. Also included this year are both the Mens and Ladies Penfold matches as well as the Seniors SKGLV and Invicta League matches. RSME fixtures can also be found as well as some interclub friendly matches.   A paper version is currently in proofing stage and will be available to all members when renewals are submitted following the AGM.

2012 CLUB MATCH PLAYS

Entry sheets for all 6 of the clubs Match Play events (Ladies, Mens and Mixed) are now displayed on the Match Play Board outside the Secretarys office. Entry into all Match Plays will close on the 28th February.  The draws for each of the Match Play events should be available both on the Match play board and via the drawsheets page above no later than 3rd March. 

ALFORD CUP

The Quarter final drawsheet is available from the drawsheets page and is also displayed outside the proshop.  

AND FINALLY......

The Mens TAYLOR CUP entry sheet is now available outside the Secretarys office.
